Performing Arts Power-up grants

Ulumbarra Foundation’s Performing Arts Power-up program awards funding for projects which help local and regional arts organisations develop and realise their talents and potential.

The Ulumbarra Foundation has been established to benefit the development of performing arts at Bendigo’s unique arts venues, notably Ulumbarra Theatre, The Capital, Bendigo Town Hall and Old Fire Station. The Foundation’s activities also support performing arts organisations, artists and the wider regional community through inspirational programs and funding initiatives.

Our premier grants program is the Performing Arts Power-up program, created to support the City of Greater Bendigo’s performing arts organisations and artists, through two rounds of funding with grants up to $5000 per application. Power-up grants help to build capacity, produce or present new work, increase marketing reach and help performing arts to become more innovative, creative and entrepreneurial.

The program awards grants in two rounds each year:

Round 1 closes on the 28th February

Round 2 closes on the 31st August
