Holsworth Creative Arts Bursary

The Ulumbarra Foundation has established a scholarship opportunity for all Year 6 to 12 creative arts students in regional Victoria who are (or will be) enrolled with the Academy of Creative Arts, thanks to the generous support of the Holsworth Family.

The program is run in collaboration with the Academy of Creative Arts at Bendigo South East College. The Arts Academy helps student-artists pursue excellence in their chosen field through access to specialist extracurricular coaching from leading industry professionals, alongside timetabled collaborative arts classes.

The Ulumbarra Foundation’s Holsworth Creative Arts Bursary will provide financial support to students seeking assistance in developing their artistry and career in the creative arts. The applicant must demonstrate how the funding will help to increase opportunity for creative advancement and career development, including overcoming any challenges. The total value of the annual scholarship pool will be distributed between one or more applicants at the absolute discretion of the Ulumbarra Foundation.

To be considered for the scholarship, you will need to:

  • Read, understand and agree to the application guidelines of the Scholarship (below)
  • Complete the attached application form and sign a printed copy
  • Include details of a referee or a letter of support (this is optional and not compulsory)
  • Scan and return the application form and any attachments to info@ulumbarrafoundation.org.au

Closing date – 31 October each year.
